IMAutomator is automated social bookmarking tool or link building software for Internet marketers. It automates the most time consuming task of backlink building for your websites.

Caroline Middlebrook, a resptable blogger has been working on this project for almost a year and finally she’s released the first version of this tool FREE for public use.

What is IMAutomator?

IMAutomator is a suite of tools that automates your Internet Marketing activities. The released version is an automated social bookmarking tool. It automatically submits your web pages or blog pages in a list of important social bookmarking sites according to your opted schedule and automatically creates important backlinks to your webpages from that social bookmarking sites.

You just need to fill up the basic information of a webpage that you want to bookmark. Just enter the details of your webpage or pages like URL, title, description and tags (some keywords) and the IMAutomator engine will submit this bookmark to a list of supported social bookmarking sites in a completely automated fashion.

You may also choose different submission schedule from a predefined schedule lists. You can opt your links to be spread out in all supported social bookmarking sites in a single day or you can select a different option like each link to a social bookmarking site to be submitted in each day.

Recent online market study in the 4th quarter of 2008 showed that -

David Hallerman in his article Brand Building and Types of Websites on
emarketer told that ” … ads placed on content sites get better results than those on portals or sold through ad networks.”

In his article he mentioned about the research released by Online Publishers Association
(OPA) and the brand metric data delivered by Dynamic Logic.

In his analysis he pointed out that the aided brand awareness metric was up by 38% on OPA member sites, which were basically content rich websites. On the other hand it went down significantly in case of websites in general, portals and ad networks.
