One of the most demanding questions among the Facebook users – How to add your own Blog Feed to Custom Facebook Landing Page?
Today I am going to discuss this burning topic in this blog post. It is already discussed in many blogs and websites. Facebook also mentioned this issue in their help section.
But, in this blog post, my intention is to produce a comprehensive step-by-step, screen-by-screen tutorial on how to add your blog feed to custom Facebook landing page so that you understand the technique and easily add your own blog feed to your own custom-made Facebook landing page.

Before learning how to add your blog feed on your own custom Facebook landing page – you need to know the reason for it. That is – why you need to add your blog feed to your custom Facebook landing page?
Why do you need to add your own Blog Feed to your Facebook Landing Page?

Facebook is always experimenting with its look and functionalities to provide the best possible platform for the people and that’s the main reason they are making continuous changes in it.
Sometimes it irritates people. The methods that worked for months… don’t work now. It is quite obvious that the same thing will happen in the near future too.
So, whatever steps I put down here in this tutorial may not work in the future and it should be acceptable to all of us unless and until you ignore Facebook. This tutorial is published here is expected to be effective from October 2011 anticipating the changes made by Facebook till date.
Before proceeding to any of the following steps you need to have a Facebook account, otherwise there is no use of this tutorial.
Step 1:
1. Login into your Facebook account and go to your custom-made Facebook landing page. You will be in a page like Fig. 1.
2. Click the button Edit Page at the top right corner of the page.

Step 2.
Now you are in a page like Fig. 2.
1. Click the link Apps at the left hand side of the page.

Step 3.
Now you are in a page like Fig. 3.
Here you will find all default Facebook Added Apps available to you. Here you will need to work with application Notes.
1. Click the link Edit Settings at the bottom of the application Notes.

Step 4.
A pop up window Edit Notes Settings will appear. It will look like Fig. 4.
1. Click the link Additional permissions.

Step 5.
The popup window that appears will look like Fig. 5.
To enable your landing page’s Wall display your blog’s feed you will need to select the option Publish content to my Wall if it is not selected.
1. Select the option Publish content to my Wall.
2. Click the button Okay.

Step 6.
Now you will be back to your Facebook Added Apps page just like Fig. 6.
1. Click the link Go to App at the bottom of the application Notes.

Step 7.
Now you are in a page Notes of your Facebook landing page. It will look like Fig. 7.
1. Click the link Edit import settings at the left bottom of the page.

Step 8.
Now you are in Import a blog page. It will look like Fig. 8.
This is the page where you can import your own blog. It will enable your Facebook landing page Wall to display your blog post.
1. Enter the atom or RSS feed URL of your blog in the text box Web URL.
2. Select the option By entering a URL, you represent that you have the right to permit us to reproduce this content on the Facebook site and that the content is not obscene or illegal.
3. Click the button Start Importing. It will immediately start importing your blog feed.

Step 9.
Now you are in a page that will look like Fig. 9. In this page you will be able to see the preview of your blog feed.
1. Click the button Confirm to confirm the importing of your blog feed.
Here Facebook declares that they will check your blog feed every couple of hours for new posts that you have made.
It essentially means that Facebook is always looking for your new blog posts and whenever you update your blog with a new post, your Facebook page will automatically get updated.

The page is your Facebook landing page’s Notes. It will look like Fig. 10.This page will show your current blog entries.
If you see the example shown in Fig. 10, you will find that it is my landing page – Debabrata welcomes you’ Notes. Here my current blog posts are displayed.
In this page, you have to do nothing.

Step 10.
1. Now, open your own Facebook landing page by pasting the URL on the address bar of your browser.
2. Click the link Wall at the left hand side of your Facebook landing page.
You will be in a page, which will look like Fig. 11. Here you will find that the Wall of your landing page that will contain your latest blog posts.

Thanks you for your patience. It’s all done. If you are following the steps described in this tutorial, you already added your blog feed to your Facebook landing page. Your blog posts will be displayed on the wall of your Facebook landing page.
When people view your Facebook page, they will be able to see your current blog entries on the Wall.
